    Start to finish dedicated planning, styling, and coordination, beginning at $5,000. Our top tier designed to provide thorough support from engagement to wedding.
    Communication: Initial consultation meeting to set goals, budgets, and tentative schedule; An hour pre-marriage coaching session with the couple, and/or parents. Weekly check-ins in person or virtually; text and phone calls as needed.

    Design and Styling: Design and vision boards: colors, themes, fabrics, invitation, menus, and weekend events.

    Event Logistics: Event Logistics: Venue search (arrange tours, negotiate contracts); event details; honeymoon and destination wedding planning, hotel bookings; managing RSVPs, seating chart arrangements.

    Budget management: Manage deposits and final payments.

    Wedding Day Coordination: Weekend-of coordination; rehearsal management; oversight of vendors; decor arrangement; personal item collection; coordinating final payments, gratuities, logistics.

    Day-of: Up to 12 hours

    Partial planning, styling, and coordination, beginning at $2,500. Our middle tier, designed for brides who have planned many of the wedding details, but would like help with the details leading up to the event.
    Communication: Initial consultation meeting to set goals, budgets, and tentative schedule; bi-weekly chats until 3 months before wedding day, then weekly chats about design and other specifics. Help with decor details and design.

    Event Logistics: Contact venues and vendors to check-in on progress; RSVP management, seating chart details and room set up details; hotel bookings.

    Wedding Day Coordination: Rehearsal management, day-of coordination; coordinating final payments, gratuities, logistics; decor arrangements and personal item collection.

    Day-of: Up to 10 hours

    Last-minute details and day of coordination, beginning at $1,250. Our primary tier, designed for brides who need support during the two weeks leading up to and including the wedding day.
    Communication: Initial consultation meeting to set goals, and tentative schedule; daily chats/texts.

    Event Logistics: Last-minute calls and verifying with vendors and venue; planning layout, timelines, logistics.

    Wedding Day Coordination: Managing final payments/gratuities; ceremony coordination; decor arrangements and personal item collection.

    Day-of: Up to 8 hours
