FAQs for the prospective wedding couple:
Is it required to have a wedding planner?
Some venues do require a wedding planner to be involved in the day of coordination. Some venues provide wedding coordinators that assist with details related to the venue, catering, bar services, and music, but may not help with other details related to the general planning of the wedding. Most vendors will tell you that they prefer to work with a wedding planner, because the couple and their families want to focus on the wedding itself, their guests, and not on managing every detail of the event, or dealing with every issue that arises.
Do you provide destination wedding planning?
Traveling is our favorite thing! With that being said, we serve the Greater Cincinnati area, Dayton, Southeast Indiana, and Northern Kentucky without additional travel costs. We would be delighted to help you design and plan your wedding in the location of your choosing!
How do we pay for your services?
We require a 50% down payment when you sign your contract with us. After that, we can arrange a payment schedule, with total payment one week before your wedding.
How many wedding coordinators will be present at our wedding?
That depends on the size of your wedding, details of the event, and services provided by your venue. We will discuss your needs with you and develop a staffing plan that suits your expectations.
